Had a Garbage disposal that just stopped working, called two plumbers that wanted over $100 just to come out and take a look. Charleston Residential sent some one the next day (at no charge) and found it was a power issue nothing to even do with the Garbage disposal. They replaced the outlet that went bad and installed a new switch for me. They are now my 1st call for any issue

Just wow... that is all I can say about Charleston Residential Solutions and Design. I have a few vacation rentals and having the peace of mind working with this company and letting them handle all my maintenance needs has allowed me to drop my over priced management company and handle all my own bookings and leave the after hours calls and any maintenance headache to the Pro's at Charleston Residential solutions and design, saving me a lot of money.
